And here is the trainer who will work with you — Alexandra Pagáčová. 🌟 Alexandra comes from Prešov, is a mother of two, and sport has been part of her life since childhood 🏅
She started in gymnastics, moved on to sport aerobics and later to fitness. In her career she represented Slovakia at European and World Championships and brought back several medals 🌍
Most importantly, Alexandra is glad to pass on what she knows ✨ Her sessions are built so that a beginner can manage them 😊 No need to worry that you will not keep up — Saška will show you, with a smile, that every step counts 🔥 You will see that strength training is not only a challenge but good fun. 🫢

From a rich history to present-day custom. Look forward to a varied programme that brings you Slovak culture as it really is.
Dance performances to get you moving, a tasting of fine Slovak wines, good food from local ingredients prepared in front of you the traditional way and the modern way, and stories of the legends and beliefs of this region. 📜 All of it with good music and good company.
The centrepiece is an auction of works of art 🖼️ by respected Slovak artists, with Ala Teicherová as guest of honour. At the end of the auction there is a surprise, which Ala Teicherová will reveal herself.
The evening is for a good cause: the money raised goes through the František Mišún Foundation to the charity run 12 Hours Below Vršatec.
The evening closes with a screening of the modern black-and-white film Piargy (2022). 🎦

The Presidential Guard of Honour is coming to celebrate Children’s Day with us, and there is a full programme of activities to interest just about every child 🧒…and perhaps the child in the grown-ups too 🍀
What to look forward to most? A bouncy castle, candy floss, a DJ, competitions and games, field exercises with the Guard of Honour, face painting, an interactive programme and more.
The competition prizes are mainly Agrofarma products and spa entries.
And that is not all 😊 You can try the air rifle range, learn something about nature from the gamekeepers, sit in a tractor with the farmers 🚜 or watch food being prepared from Agrofarma Červený Kameň produce 🐑
